Cancellations must be in writing  as per your signed contract and sent 30 days prior the end of the month by US Mail or email billing@statesville.net You will need to include the name the account is under and the User Name (log in).  If sending by email a confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt by Internet America, Inc.  No Refunds will be given on any pre paid Internet Services.

By Pressing Submit, You Agree To All Terms and Conditions including the cancellation policy. You also agree that you have double checked the information entered above. If the payment above is for a past due invoice, Internet of America, Inc. reserves the right to add a $5.00 late fee to this charge.
